In some instances we may offer refurbished items, however we would make sure that you would be aware of purchasing refurbished goods.  Items are clearly labelled


All our Bury stock is sourced from the exclusive authorised Australian appointed distributor which is based in Victoria. All car kits are dispatched in genuine packaging with authentic labels from the factory. From time-to-time when items are unavailable from the main AU distributor, we source stock from other official distributors in other countries, but 99% of the time our Bury stock comes from Australia.


Yes you can but, the chances are we may not be able to stop your order from being dispatched. Once you receive your order you can return it at your cost. On the basis that all the goods arrive back to us in the brand new condition that they were dispatched in, we will happily refund your purchase price with the exception of any delivery and banking transaction credit card costs.

In some cases, depending on what you need, you can buy original spare parts and further replacement pieces from us.

Q. My company requires a roll out of car kits, can you help?

A. Yes we can, our Business Team can offer highly competitive prices with multiple delivery addresses within Australia and internationally. For several corporate and government clients, we provide customised service plans for replacing car kits, swapping out cradles and arranging the authorised installers.

You can track and trace your orders by visiting and entering your tracking number.

The normal practice is that all orders received by 2.00pm will be despatched on an overnight service. 

You can order a Pre order item. This is an item that is new and due out in a certain time frame in the future..
