Techproof collects personal information provided to us as is necessary to perform one or more of our functions or activities, primarily but not limited to the following:

Payment and credit card details provided on our website are provided via a secure payment gateway, details of which are never released to Techproof, its employees, contractors or agents. Where payment or credit card details are provided by telephone, facsimile, email or other such means directly to our office, Techproof employees will endeavour to destroy such information as soon after processing payment as is reasonably practicable. Techproof will retain credit card information provided to us for the purposes of repeat orders, where we have been instructed by the owner to do so. Credit card details held on file pre-dating this Privacy Policy Statement are accepted as being on file with the owner’s consent in accordance with our pre-existing company policy. Such information is retained in our database secured by individual security accesses.

Techproof is unable to receive credit card orders anonymously, however we will endeavour to transact with customers anonymously wherever it is reasonable and practical to do so.
